This is the third book in the Chocolat series/ It follows the previously written Chocolat and Lollipop Shoes. Each book has it's own conclusion and can be read without actually reading the others. This book is set in the fictional village of Lansquenet-sous-Tannes, the same setting of the very first book that started the series. (We read Chocolat a few years ago and even saw the movie together. Time flies!)
